Ljubica holds a Master degree in the field of International Law, showing passionate interest and dedication to issues related to International relations and Euro-Atlantic integration. Previously, in December 2006, she successfully passed the Bar exam. She actively supports the membership of the Republic of Macedonia in international organizations through significant participation in several prominent organizations, including as Vice-President of the Adriatic Council, Official Representative & Correspondent of the NATO Memorial Federation for Macedonia, member of the Council of Marshall Center – Republic of Macedonia, member of the Euro-Atlantic Council and Cyber Security Capital Network.
Her career progressed gradually starting with the internship program in the Parliament of the Republic of Macedonia, through the academic environment, as a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Law, as well as Legal Counsel at the University of Information science and technology. Being engaged in various international projects, mostly implemented by the European Union programs, she profiled as an expert in the field of privacy and protection of personal data as human rights. Her knowledge and experience has been deepened through various international schools and trainings, such as the Council of Europe School of Political studies, “Negotiating teams for EU” program, NATO Advanced training courses etc.
Currently, she serves as Data Protection and Privacy Expert at UNICEF, Europe and Central Asia Regional Office.
